Liquid filling of the fertilizer is done at a slightly lower speed, typically 15–20 packs/min, to achieve exact volume control and avoid losses in the form of drips in order to strike a balance between throughput and accuracy.

For the least spillage and drip we have added airtight sealing, no-drip valves when filling with liquids, and sensors to ensure proper bag placement and the quality of the seal. And, should errors occur, the system is designed to shut down, preventing excessive product waste and minimizing damage to the environment, all the while ensuring the integrity of product packaging.
