2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

- Carriers: We partner with certified freight carriers (e.g., FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, specialized logistics providers).

3. Processing Time

- Orders require 3–5 business months for processing (producing, inspection, crating, and documentation).  

- Delivery timelines begin after processing is complete.

4. Shipping Methods & Costs

- Freight Shipping: All machinery ships via palletized freight or flatbed trucks.  

- Cost Estimates:  

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.  
• Contact us for international or custom quotes.

5. Delivery Expectations

- Transit Time: 7–14 business days (continental US). Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues may occur.

- Appointment Required: The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment.  

- Site Requirements: Ensure clear access (no stairs, narrow pathways, or obstacles). Notify us of site restrictions before ordering.

6. International Shipments

- Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.  

- Provide accurate contact/import information to avoid delays.
