The premade pouches supplied by the client feature a stand-up design with a tear notch for easy opening and a resealable sealing strip inside, allowing consumers to conveniently store the powder after first use. The packaging is also designed to include a measuring spoon to enhance user convenience.

The Challenge

Our Dutch client needs a fully automatic 8-station rotary packing machine to meet their production needs; however, the project faced several technical challenges:

2. Complex Material Handling: Matcha powder tends to generate dust, which may affect the sealing quality.
