Candy packing machine is designed for high speed, high precision packaging of a wide variety of candies, such as hard candies, gummies, chocolates, chewing gums, mints, and other specialty shapes. The machine is designed to handle pillow bags, flow pack, stick packs, sachets, and premade pouches, or even bottles and jars in secondary packaging lines. With capabilities such as multihead weighing, nitrogen flushing and PLC control, it provides damage-free wrapping, accurate dosing and shelf-life prolongation for perfect confectionery plants seeking the best of both quality and productivity.
Yes. For high-volume or multiple-flavor candy bags, the machine is designed to easily connect to a multihead weigher or rotary counting system. Multihead weighing ensures accurate, weight-based dosage based on weighing data from several hoppers, which is perfect for bulk candies or mixed sweets. Meanwhile, rotary counters are ideal for accurate piece-based counts—a necessity for even packs of inseparably-sized candies such as gumdrops or mints.
Absolutely. The servo-driven conveyors and fill controls of the unit let you quickly adjust various speeds and fill modes according to the type of candy. For durable products, handling can be high, but if such is not the case, fragile products like coated chocolates or jelly products can be processed at slower speed by gentle handling, giving high flexibility. Which means one candy packing machine can make all kinds of candy of good quality.
Yes. Candy Packing Machine. It is suitable for the packing of individually wrapped or bulk candies. The wrapped candies are softly transferred to the packer on belt or chain conveyors while keeping the wrappers undamaged with no jams. Loose candy can be efficiently stepped through the use of gravity hoppers or vibration feeders. Feeding operation can be adjusted automatically according to candy type, and the packing specification can be stable and accurate in two forms.
Candy shape differences are normal, but the machine can do it! Photo eye sensors monitor the fill level, giving every bag the same amount of product. Weight-based combinations are created on the multihead weigher, and sophisticated vibration feeders and guided chutes eliminate misfeeds. Collectively, these systems provide accurate metering and reduce overfill or underfill, even with irregularly shaped candies.
