The Inline Filler is suitable for filling both liquids, powders and granules. What's the Hourly Filling Speed and Output?
The Inline Filler supercharges speed and ease. The MAIN FLOOR fillers (depending on the type of filling head and on the product worked):
Liquid fillers can run at rates of 80 to 100 bottles per minute and, in the case of servo-driven machines, even faster.
Tablet Fillers Powder or Granular Fillers generally work at 30-40 bottles per minute per head with options for higher speeds.
There are also custom models designed to handle small packaging formats (K-cups) at speeds in the range of 25 cups/min or higher.
Is the machine adjustable to other bottle or container sizes?

The Inline Filler is able to handle the most difficult products with ease. For all but free-flowing products, such as honey, shampoo, sauces and creams, It works with servo-controlled piston systems and gear-ramp systems which the company says provide smooth, accurate filling. Furthermore, special anti-drip nozzles and diving nozzles help prevent splashing for foamy products and keep the machine clean.
